This air conditioner is designed for electrical cabinets housing sensitive control components, PLCs, and power distribution gear. The unit delivers 1500W of cooling at 35°C ambient, with a sealed rotary compressor and corrosion-resistant condenser coil. The slim profile allows installation on cabinets with limited mounting depth, while the IP54-rated enclosure provides protection against dust and water splashes. The integrated controller maintains cabinet temperature within ±1.5°C of setpoint, with Modbus RTU communication for remote supervision.

The system includes a condensate evaporation tray that eliminates the need for external drainage in most installations. The controller features adaptive fan speed control that reduces noise and energy consumption during partial load conditions.

The 1500W cooling capacity is suitable for cabinets up to 2.5 cubic meters (2500 liters) with typical internal heat loads. Actual performance depends on cabinet insulation, solar gain, and internal heat dissipation. Contact technical support for specific sizing calculations.

The unit includes an integrated evaporation tray positioned over the condenser coil. Condensate drips into the tray and is evaporated by heat from the condenser discharge. In high humidity conditions, an optional drain kit is available for gravity drainage.

The standard communication interface is Modbus RTU over RS-485. Optional BACnet MSTP is available as a factory-installed option. All operational parameters, alarm status, and temperature readings are accessible through the communication port.

Inspect and clean air filters every 3 months. Check condenser coil for dust accumulation quarterly. Verify condensate drain operation annually. The refrigeration circuit requires professional inspection every 2 years including refrigerant charge verification and leak detection.

The unit is designed for standard electrical cabinet mounting with M8 bolts. The cabinet must have a flat surface and sufficient structural strength to support the 28kg unit weight. Recommended wall thickness is 2.0mm minimum. A mounting template is provided with each unit.
